We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how our website is used. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they view, the website they arrived from (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), and the general type of device, browser and country they are using.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and the statistics we see are aggregated: they do not identify you, and we do not use them to build a profile of any individual. To provide the service, Cloudflare processes technical information sent by your browser when a page loads, such as your IP address and browser details, in line with its own privacy policy.
We rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in understanding and improving our website. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us, or prevent it by using a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics scripts.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use HubSpot analytics. HubSpot records the pages you view on our website, when you visit and how you arrived, using cookies described in our Cookie Policy. If you then send us an enquiry through our contact form, HubSpot links that enquiry to your earlier visits, so we can see which pages helped you get in touch. HubSpot processes this information on our behalf as a data processor.
We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for HubSpot analytics. It is only switched on if you click “Accept All” on our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time using “Change cookie settings” on our Cookie Policy page.
