What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide basic functionality.

Cookies are stored in your browser and can be read by the website that set them. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses or install malware on your device.

How We Use Cookies

Pinnacle Property Lawyers Ltd uses two kinds of cookie on this website.

Essential cookies. These are strictly necessary for the site to work, for example to remember your cookie choice so that the consent banner does not reappear on every visit. They are always on.

Analytics cookies (optional). If you click “Accept All”, we use HubSpot analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, and, if you then send us an enquiry through our contact form, to link that enquiry to the pages you visited. These cookies are only set after you accept. If you click “Decline”, they are never set.

We do not use:

We do not sell cookie data or share it for advertising. HubSpot processes it on our behalf as a data processor.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not set cookies or store anything on your device, so it runs whatever you choose. Our Privacy Policy explains what information both services process.

Your Cookie Choices

When you first visit our website, you will be shown a cookie consent banner where you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner does not appear again.

You can change your choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, we remove the HubSpot analytics cookies from your browser.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser
